The NPA is the national membership and training
organisation for independent new producers. Established in 1993, the NPA
has grown rapidly from a small network of filmmakers into a renowned
and respected charitable organisation. It supports, encourages and
enables new filmmakers, providing the industry with some of its
brightest new talent. Recent acclaimed work by NPA members includes the
feature films: Hilary and Jackie, Event Horizon, Waking Ned, Welcome to Sarajevo, Pandaemonium, Potter
series, Love Actually, Rabbit Proof Fence, Lord of the Rings trilogy,
24 Hour Party People, Elizabeth, Ladies in Lavender, 28 Day Later, The
Borrowers, Girl with a Pearl Earring, Johnny English.
Members' work also includes award winning short films Billy's Day Out, The Little Terrorist, and London Voodoo. As well as documentary, animation, promos and television series.
