    NPA Film Centre
    The NPA Film Centre has two available spaces T1 & T2 for hire. Training, Production meetings, Readings, Castings, Workshops?

    The NPA Film Centre training spaces are available for hire Monday- Sunday 10am - 9.30pm. Hire outside these hours is negotiable.

    T1 (6 x 9 metres)
    Seating for approximately 50 people in Lecture/Panel format. Desks can be provided for Round-table formats. Resources include: Toshiba Large Screen TV (34” screen) with exceptional stereo sound and S-Video cable output for laptop presentations (PowerPoint/Word/Excel etc.). Separate Video & DVD/CD (both stereo). Flip Chart

    T2 (6 x 4 metres)
    Seating for approximately 15 people in round table format Resources include: Wide Screen TV, video (DVD on request). Flip Chart.

    All technologies supplied in T1 & T2 are very easy to operate.

    Hire Rates for T1 & T2
    Minimum 3 hour booking. No VAT is payable on these hire prices.
    Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm (£30 per hour)
    Monday to Friday 6pm - 10pm (£40 per hour)
    Saturday and Sunday 10am - 6pm (£40 per hour)

    Introductory NPA/SW members discount 50% off for all non-commercial activities.
    To secure date(s) a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required prior to the event. Final invoice must be paid for within seven workings days of the event. See also terms & Conditions.

    Further Information

    There are two unisex toilets available in the T2 area. The central resource area of the film centre has a kitchen area that is fitted with microwave and coffee and tea making facilitates. Tea and coffees can be made by the hirers and are available as part of the hire fee. We can also arrange for wine and sandwiches to be available – this is only available Monday-Saturday.

    Terms and Conditions

    The NPA Film Centre and the Main Tea Building have a strict no smoking policy. Smoking is allowed only in the Tea Building ground floor bar. Cancellation more than five working days before the event will be subject to a minimum 3-hour rate for the space plus any other incurred costs. Cancellation at less than five working days notice the full fee will be payable. No machinery or equipment of any kind will be used on these premises without specific prior written agreement. Hire rates are kept low so we do request that hirers clear up and wash up after themselves. A charge of £20 will be added to the final invoice if this is not done. The hirer is solely responsible for all of their visitors. To comply with Building & Fire regulations all visitors must sign in at the Tea Building reception - entrance on Bethnal Green Road.
