The board of the NPA Ltd consists of an elected Executive
Committee, and the Board of the NPA charity consists of Trustees, all
of whom are established in their relevant fields of the industry and
donate their time freely to the continued expansion of the organisation
Executive Committee Members are current NPA members and
elected annually by the membership at the AGM, for a term of three
years. From time to time, the board will co-opt other industry figures
whose experience is felt to be of benefit to the organisation. Co-opted
members do not have voting powers on decisions taken by the board. The
Board also can invite members of the industry to become patrons of the
NPA, to represent and promote the organisation.The Trustees have overall
responsibility for the NPA Charity. The Board meets once a month to
discuss all matters relating to the NPA.
