Once again the NPA flag will be flying high at this years Cannes Festival.

As well as our Festival Office to support the many NPA members who attend we also have organised events including a Seminar and Evening Reception. If you are not already an NPA member there is still time to join before this years festival to ensure that you can take advantage of all that the NPA has organised this year. NPA Festival Office

The NPA will be centrally located in Kodak L'appartement near the Palais des Festivals (entrance through the American Pavillion).

The Kodak L'Appartement is a general meeting place for NPA members - where you can be guaranteed a familiar face as well as enjoy complimentary coffee, juice and ice-creams every afternoon - which has a lot to be said for in Cannes.

The NPA desk will be staffed daily between 10-12pm and 2-5pm.

We are also compiling a list of NPA members in Cannes and details of the projects that they are taking with them. NPA staff will be distributing the list to leading Sales Agents and Distributors .

Seminar Distribution & Marketing - Tuesday 18th May 2-5pm UK Film Centre

In association with IFP New York, the NPA presents this panel of leading UK and US Producers and Distributors who willl be shaking the stick at the bee's hive of indie distribution.

What works in the US? What works in the UK? Are there new synergies to exploit?

Join industry veterans and outspoken new Turks in what will undoubtedly be a provocative discussion on independent film distribution"

Panellists include; Steven Gaydos (Exec editor of Variety), Peter Buckingham (head of distribution and exhibition, UK Film Council) Michael Cowan (Spice Factory) plus others tbc.

NPA Reception - Tuesday 18th May 6-8pm

With a special thanks to KODAK, the NPA will once again be hosting this evening reception.

This is a strictly invite only event for NPA members.
